Due to the nature of the products and services we offer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Depending on the issues, we will issue a store credit only. (See below)

No merchandise will be accepted for a store credit without prior authorization from our company. Products must be returned in their original condition including the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Requests for returns of products that are defective or damaged will require pictures. Please keep all merchandise and packaging until you receive instruction from our company.

After we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will apply a store credit on your online account. We will notify you by email once the return has been processed. 

Please note, shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable method to mail your return to ensure delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
